The Business Review Meeting is one of the mechanisms for giving the Police and Crime Commissioner an account of the role the office plays and progress on delivering the Police and Crime Plan. The Business Review Meeting (BRM) is a monthly meeting held by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner and chaired by the Director of OPCC Operations to discuss high level updates from each department across the office.
