Contacting the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Bedfordshire

Please note that you cannot report crimes to the Police and Crime Commissioner. You must contact the Police by contacting 101 or 999 in an emergency.

The normal business hours for the OPCC are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays.

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner is not in a position to investigate individual complaints concerning Bedfordshire Police or the conduct of its officers or staff, with the exception of any complaints in relation to the Chief Constable.

All contact with the OPCC should receive an acknowledgement within 10 working days.
