Summary:
7 Force Procurement contacted the Chief Executive of Bedfordshire OPCC to advise that the 7 Force Grounds Maintenance Services Contract, for Lot 1 (Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire) and Lot 2 (K&E), awarded to XXXXX, has now been signed by the Contractor, in readiness for contract commencement later this month.
7 Force Procurement have requested authorisation for the use of the Chief Executives electronic signature to sign the Contract and Sealing Form (Contract Agreement, Reg84 sign-off, SPGB GW2 approval and associated SPGB minutes) and the OPFCC Decision Paper, for enabling Essex sign-off specifically. The Chief Executive approved for the use of her electronic signature to sign the documentation.
