Summary:
On 11th November 2021, the PCC agreed to support a more agile 7 Force network as opposed to the 7 Force Collaboration. This new arrangement allows partners to work as a smaller Collaboration within the group on agreed projects without requirement for all 7 forces to be involved. The DAMS project is an example of this.
