Summary:
On 29th November 2021 the Police and Crime Commissioner for Bedfordshire agreed with the proposal to borrow from the Public Works Loans Board (PWLB) in line with the previously reported/accepted Capital Programme and financing with the expectation that there will be further significant borrowing carried out in 2022. The revenue impact of this borrowing is already factored into the current revenue budget and Medium Term Plan.
